So my company is baby punks, and it's just basiclly a place where parents can come to buy little punk cloths for their kids (ages new born-5) like little studded belts, sleeves, tiny converse, things like that. It's just a fun kind of store for parents with a cool sense of humor I guess. i gotta say, the design was not easy. I had to do alot of things over again. the blocks were the most fustrating to do, and the little lines on them too. I chose to do baby blocks for the word baby, so it looks like its for small children, and the punks, I put a hand doing a rock sign for the U because I thought that was more creative, and fun. Gives to the meaning and design. And the little shoes hangging off the S is fun decoration. So my logo is'nt plain and boring, but it's also not crowed either. (I think so at least) for the clored one, I just did some bright colors that looks "babish", like pink and blue and stuff, so it can attract attention to parents with small children. I think the baby colors on the blocks and shoes just gives it more of a baby look, and also gives to my idea and theme behind my design. Little punk clothes for babies. and toddlers. I'm acually really happy and satisfied with it, and over all, i think it turned out really well. It was probebly the hardest thing I did in this class, but I also think that it's my best work, cause I worked really hard on it, and it looks well done. (not trying to put myself up on a pedistool or anything) I'm just really happy with it.

Student Nutrition Program

So for the student nutrition program assignment, we had to have a poster series, my group decided to go with a "start small" theme. We had different ideas, but ideas kept changeing, and we our over series is what you see. I have to be hounest, I did not work on the one that looks like a map.I just thought I should post It becuase our group came up with the ideas together. It's a group thing. I did work on the other two though. The puzzle pieces one was pretty simple, but the one with the kid holding the egg was abit of a challenge. We had to fifgure out how to make it look like he's holding it, placement, clors; It was also tricky because we've never used photoshop, so we also had to figure out how to do that also as we went along. If I could go back and change anything, I would. I would probrbly change the colour schemes, maybe the designs, just maybe re-think the whole theme in general, or at least work a little more on making them look more like a series, like they fit together. I think that if people were to see them, it would kind of confuse them (which could also be a good thing, cause that can also be intriging) because your first impression on them doesn't really scream "STUDENT NUTRITION PROGRAM" it looks a little global. I think we could have changed that too. But other than that, I think that they are pretty goo. visually, they look great.

doing my silhouette, at first, was abit challenging for me. I kept making mistakes, which caused me to have to start over. I finally figured it at after a while, and when I knew what I was doing, it was really easy. Took me like ten minutes. It looks abit messy around the building (that magic marker is tricky) but other than that, I think its fine. Simple.
